Yes, that first week was purely to determine who got a mulligan. The only team not available to you this week is whoever you chose in week 2.
Also, I've had several people thank me for doing this and I haven't taken the time to respond to each of you, so here's a collective "you're welcome". I'm glad this thing is growing and more people are getting involved. I don't mind puting in the time necessary to keep it going because this is the best board on TD.
