Well, he hardly ever played for the National team, at least not in major tournaments, or was first team. That and he never really cracked playing time at Barca either.
I can't say how well he's done at Porto, but I know even when he first arrived there it took him some time to even make that starting side.

Gotcha, I had it backwards.
I definitely enjoyed watching him play when he first got to Barca. He had even more swag and flair to his game than CRon.
Plenty of Brazilian players have fallen under the same category as well though.

Portugal keep getting these opportunities but just absolutely suck in the final 3rd. I guess since they are all usually so selfish, and got at it solo, when it comes to passing their delivery near the box is just crap.

Busquets deserves it, he's always the first one to go running to the ref begging for a card when he plays for Barca as well.
