But regardless, what evidence could they have possibly shown that would have swayed that many votes?
And if you look back at what Cruz was saying before J6, he made it clear that he didn't have any evidence that the election was stolen. He was arguing that it should be looked into, but not that there was actual wrong doing.

The vote happened. There was no evidence of a stolen election and even the overwhelming majority of senate republicans agreed. It's just a fact. And Cruz was never prevented from introducing some earth shattering evidence because he never had any. Conservatives keep screaming that investigations need to happen while being completely unable to show any evidence at all of wrong doing.

However, those agencies said that the FBI never asked for their footage of the men, according to the report.
“Shockingly, each entity confirmed that they were never contacted for this footage by any government entity, including the FBI and the Select Committee,” the report said.

I'm open to learning. My issue is that when I look at the claims from the left and the right and then see what information I can verify with my own eyes, it is typically the case that claims by the right are outright falsehoods and the claims by the left, while possibly presented in a partisan way, are accurate. You only need to look at the claim on this very thread that 20M votes went missing in the 2024 election. I can go find you a dozen right wing sources that make that claim right now, but I can also go and look at all the vote totals from every state and 100% prove that it's a lie. I can look at the texts from fox news from the dominion law suit that show they knew they were spreading lies and paid nearly a billion dollars for doing so. I can pull up court transcripts where Trumps lawyers, in court, admitted they had no actual evidence of voter fraud or election fraud.
