CelticDog is pretty smart. He's just wrong.
Hank isn't a 100% lost cause, he just takes his contrarian stance a little too far in many cases. I think Hank would err on the side of keeping the Constitution, even if it didn't suit his ideological bias (although the devil would be in the interpretation).
ETA: Disregard my comments on Mickey - he's reasonable on some issues, but not Trump
