These people are coming from incredibly poor areas. These benefits give them a far better life than the one in their homelands. And it's all free!! (for them at least)
There isn't a magic phrase that gets them to say "you know what I'd rather give all that up & work 8 hours a day." You're asking for something impossible.

This isn't the European migration that we saw in the past.
