Yes you want to avoid talking about them because it hurts your point about your vision of a white America that never existed. I understand

My bad, read a "was" where there wasn't one.

My #2 point still stands.

Where did I plant a flag in 1789?

You brought up that date, not me.

Post 1900 we dropped from 88% white. I named my date. Keep up.

In a conversation about populations that bring our society down?

Yes, because they do not belong in such a conversation.

You cited the 1900s when Latinos were considered white.

Are you going to continue to maintain that stance?

See above

You're pivoting HARD here.

This is a discussion about homogeneity. One of the examples in OP was non-white (Asian).

Try to keep on topic, as I've told you since you came into the thread with your off-topic, irrelevant silliness.

Our current problem isn't that we are not homogenous. It is that liberals have such low expectations for non-whites that we have lowered the bar for everyone.

Now, in 2026, America is roughly 60% white, including white Hispanic…

If we counted Hispanics as white today like we did then, we'd likely see white into the 80s.

Then the biggest jump would be Asians

I’m not sure what meets your stated criteria, but when I did work in the Netherlands in the80’s it was pretty solid Northern European whitehead.
It was fun to visit, but I didn’t come away with any eye opening revelation other than the women were mostly gorgeous and friendly(not the red light denizens).

So you didn't see any Turks while you were there?

Funny thing is, I lived in Holland from 87 - 89. Smaller places like Utrecht were homogenous, but not the larger cities, like Amsterdam. Turks galore were already there. The Dutch already hated them even back then.

What % of our population was Latino then?

Nope, that sentiment was present from my first post onwards.

So what? They took the land, we took it from them. That has no bearing on the time period he was talking about.

The black population has been invited to breed by the trillions thrown at them.

What is your fricking point exactly?

I have no idea. Neither do you. They lumped everyone in as white

Doing so today puts white into the 80s

Read his post. His standard requires "Inviting in" these races. You can't "invite in' someone who was already here.

You need to ask teh guy trying to derail the thread that question. His points are the ones confusing you.

What homogenous, high trust countries offer anything close to the economic future that America offers?

Japan? Clearly no.

The standard of living in many of these countries is better than that of the United States, but that's not the point he's making.

He's describing socio-political cultures that on matters of preserving culture, all pull in the same direction. They value the social harmony that homogeny brings. A harmony the United States hasn't seen since probably the early 60's.

So by what standard are you disagreeing?

As we've become more diverse we've become less high trust.

Also laugh all you want I'm doing speech to text while I drive.

And none of them offer economic opportunities or SOL like the US, even with our diverse populations (including our large underclass).

You don't have the data either.

We either include all latinos as white or we can't use the combined totals of the past to compare to today

This isn't complicated.

How much data do you need to realize that we are less racially homogeneous today then we were in the 1900s?

"Mass migration has not occurred within recent decades. All black and brown individuals presently in this country have roots here for many generations."

Change "even" to "despite" and you'd be more correct.

SFPLC is surprised to find out that importing lots of brown people lowers the percent population of the black population too.
