I'm not anti-vax, I'm pro-choice when it comes to my body ... isn't that what the left is constantly yammering about?

I'm not anti-vax, I just don't want to get the shot. More power to those who choose to get jabbed. I also don't think it's the government (or any private entity's) business whether-or-not I've gotten the shot.

I'm just annoyed that there is such a push for people to get vaccinated for a relatively benign virus. It's not like it's some deadly strain of typhoid. I'm also annoyed the media are calling out the wrong demographic for not getting vaccinated; it ain't conservative white folks who aren't getting poked.

I’ll throw you guys a bone and say I absolutely believe the covid response was blown up and EUA used as a method to use 500m+ people as an experimental group for liposomal mRNA tech and get it mainstream.
That does not mean it’s a bad vaccine. That means opportunists gonna opportune. mRNA tech seriously has the ability to really alter the way we view and approach medicine in general, and TPTB wanted this out in the open ASAP.

Can we put this in proper context? "Rabid anti-vax" people are few and far between - probably more rare that folks who want everyone vaxed under the threat of arrest.
Most people are just pushing back against a growing and very real threat of mandates and passports. Others simply want to have the freedom to make their own health decisions wrt vax.
Trump eased restrictions to get out vaccines quicker. With that speed comes unknowns that people are going to be naturally concerned about, so let them make those risk/reward decisions for themselves with ultra transparent data.
Its the current admin who is muzzling the CDC, sicking their social media toadies on opposing thought, and telling everyone that the vaccine is "95%" effective and "completely safe".
If people die from the vax because they were mislead by the current admin, how is that on Trump? Campaign Biden was the one who repeatedly made the point that we should approach the vaccines with caution and complete transparency. He was right, so what's changed?

Clearly they don't believe it as the White House has testing and protocols in place, if they really believed the vaccine works... those things would have been gone months ago.
The problem is Truth, or lack of.
If the vaccines work
- no reason to test, unless someone needs medical treatment due to sickness
- no reason to have masks
- no reason to social distance
- no reason for lock downs
- no reason to have protocols
Obviously, all this doesn't add up at this point.
