Oh no. A joke you found to be in poor taste. Whatever will you do.
To answer your question - I didn't find that joke terribly funny. I smirked at it, a bit. But I also understand that jokes like that are jokes that are embracing the caricature painted of pro-choice supporters (like Wolf, apparently) by anti-abortionists. To clarify for you, she doesn't actually advocate for hitting women in the stomach to induce miscarriages. Not sure if you caught the tone, though.

The thing that separates great comedians from the rest is their ability to walk as close to the line as possible without crossing over. Ribbing someone over their appearance can be done in good fun without being hurtful. The problem that this woman and others have is they don’t have the skills to walk the line. She crossed over from good natured jabs to personal attacks. The vast majority of people don’t find it funny simply because it’s very uncomfortable for an audience when you cross over into that territory

Hey dumbass! She made reference to a smokey "eye." And then said "Like maybe she’s born with it..."
It was an obvious jab at her lazy eye.

Do you work up a sweat when you do all of these mental gymnastics?

Yes, you got me. These great logical leaps between "eye" and "born with it" caused me to break into such a sweat.

Or maybe, just maybe it’s Maybelline?

Wolf looks like Rachel Dolezal and she's not funny.

Partisanship aside, I didn't think the Sarah Sanders stuff was funny. If you were doing a Comedy Central Roast of Flavor Flav, sure I guess. But in this setting, it was bad comedy.
And the audience didn't respond well at all during the Sarah Sanders stuff either. There was an audible groan.

That part wasn’t particularly funny but I don’t think saying she wears too much eye shadow and twists facts is off-limits...

There is an alt-Right poster over on TexAgs who I think is wrong every time his fingers touch a keyboard, but he nailed this one:

The thing about a roast is it is supposed to be all in good fun. It doesn't work when the people genuinely hate each other.

lazy eye is adefect
Sleepy eyed is brought on by lack of sleep, or drug induced. Result of behavior, not genetics

She was very hit and miss. The SHS stuff simply wasn't funny. The abortion joke was a big flop and never should have made the script.
The Jake Tapper orgasm and 20 years too old for Roy Moore jokes were good though.

Women speak enviously of physical traits that some are born with and other women attempt to achieve via makeup. Smokey eye. High cheekbone. ( I have sisters. )
The operative part of the joke isn't that she was maybe "born with it". The operative part of the joke is that she was NOT born with it and it is instead "probably lies". And in the joke the eye is characterized as "perfect". Just the opposite of a defect.
The backlash to the backlash:
"Since when did 'perfect smokey eye'...
