You are aware that ripping the material out of another egg to implant it doesnt exactly trigger the formation of a fetus? Sperm entry and fusion trigger a very specific set of steps that we have been unable to replicate. That's why parthenogenesis (virgin conception) in women typically results in a hydatidiform mole (Google that at your own risk).
