Personally? Early 1990s. Don't go to that school and don't play that yard football game...
Historically? Virginia, 1619. Turn right around and go back. We aren't doing that here.

And sink any ship that was headed to Africa for the purpose of bringing back human beings as slaves. We know who they were; their names are recorded. frick every last one of them. The long term destruction their actions wrought lasted much longer than their short term gains.

Tough choice.
Either going back to the moment of Obama’s conception and paying Hussein Senior a hefty reward to pull out.
or
2004 and buying all the Google I could afford.

Hmmm. We were really at our best in the 1800's. Real freedom.
We screwed something up right before the Civil War, and we screwed up going broke in the decades after the Civil War. All of the late 1800's led to the bullshite in the 1st half of the 20th century.
Fix the root cause, and we are likely even better off than we are now. Never let the bankers get their greedy paws on the American tax payers.

I’d go back to Feb 1942 and buy Joe Biden Sr a box of rubbers.
You’re welcome America.

Personally 1979, I could reverse a few unwise decisions from my youth.
Nationally, probably the mid-late 50's. Our society seemed to be at a very strong, stable place at that time

The 1800s where they could have facilitated the colonization of slaves back in Africa.

Somehow stop The Patriot Act.

I’d reset it for whatever day in the future the freaking asteroid impacts this gay earth and knocks everyone back to the Stone Age.
