1) President Trump criticizes "The Squad" and cries of racism reign down from across America.

2) President Trump criticizes Elijah Cummings and his predominantly black district, and the same dynamic ensues.

3) A recent poll indicated that roughly 1-in-3 Democrats believe that it's racist ANYTIME a white person criticizes a person of color.

Hence the question:

Should people of color be exempt from any and all forms of criticism?

That would be the most racist way to approach it.

Saying no makes you a true believer in MLK Jr's message and idea of real equality that has nothing to do with your skin color or what is hiding in your knickers.

Saying Yes makes you a racist.

There is no middle ground here.

Yes. It's part of the reparations package, isn't it?

I thought they already were?
Even if you don’t criticize them, your silence begs the question of whether or not you may have criticized so therefore you are guilty.

No, and anybody who believes otherwise is nuts.

If it ever gets determined to be yes I will remind them that white is a color too.

Absolutely. As people of color, being responsible for 99% of the advances in civilization, they have paid their dues, insofar as having to prove their accomplishments and virtue. There should be laws stating so, and will be, once the progressives are firmly in charge of all 3 branches of government again!

Isn't this the very definition of racism?? Is racism a one-way street?? Or does the knife cut both ways??

MLK said it best...Judge people by their character. It's crazy how the same people that preach MLK cry racism when people actually do this.

If this is the case, then why aren't the sports media as a whole held to the fire? All they do is criticize "POC". That is their job, and they do it well.

Fact is, it's only wrong for a non liberal/democrat to do it. It's ok when one side does it. Not ok when they other "racist" side does it.

Not being able to say what needs to be said for years is a lot of the reason there are issues within the "people of color" community...

Since they demand equality in every other aspect of life in these United States, the answer is definitely NO. If they're going to be whiny bitches in the sandbox, then all bets are off and they will get special treatment when they least expect it.

Kamala Harris’ Tamil Indian mother would say yes.
The Caste System with Untouchables goes back centuries in Tamil Culture.

Just saying.

Edit: Diversity is our strength!

The term "people of color" is probably the most racist thing to come out of the English language in the last 100 years. It is destructive, and singles out one group as the cause of the ills of all other groups.

This has happened before. The only difference is that, thanks to our founders, the group that would normally face extermination is armed.
