In fairness, the analyst said that it's expected that Judge Amero would call for Gov. Kemp to order a special session of the GA General Assembly to decertify, but the point remains.

He doesn't have the authority to do that. Furthermore, it could be found out with irrefutable proof that Trump won Ga, Pa, Az, MI, etc and not a thing will change.

I realize this is all unprecedented, but what's the endgame.. is there really a scenario where the fraud is "accepted" by the Dems, et al. and they actually remove Biden and reinstall Trump and his administration?
Like what's the process.. what do they want to happen?
As much as I would love that to happen, I just don't see it.

There's no reason they can't...he can call for whatever, the legislature can do whatever and the governor can do whatever...

Well judges did a lot things last year they didn’t have the authority to do, so the precedent has been set.

to be honest, i have read hundreds of the following titled threads:
1. We got them now
2. Panic in DC
3. Do you see them squirming?
4. Do you see the control they are losing?
I perked up back then. But now the only currency I am taking at this here booth is action. There is only ever talk in these 'there be some action gettin' ready to happen' threads.
eta. i also want to be fair to you. I am not contributing anything to the amount that you hopefuls are. this is you finding interesting things and OPing them, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that....nothing. I am not superior to you in any way, whatsoever.

But what if it can be proven the Dem Senators were fraudulently elected? The feces might hit the oscillator for sure then because of the balance of power in the Senate.

I think you are very, very wrong. But, I suspect you are simply talking about some magical placing of Trump into office.

No, there probably is not any realistic scenario where Congressional Democrats accept evidence of fraud in the 2020 elections to extent they would remove Biden.
Beyond that, there isn't even a process for the latter (reinstalling Trump). That cannot happen regarding of what the Democrats do. EVEN IF it got to such a point that the Dems accepted fraud and removed Biden as POTUS, the office would fall to the next person in the line of succession. In this scenario, that would likely be Pelosi.

Havent seen much as far as an answer goes but this is definitely a question I’ve been seeking answers for.
