The reason everyone is concentrated on RGB and not Roberts is simply because nothing can be done about Roberts. He is what is, Roberts is like Kennedy.
RGB on the other hand, will be replaced soon, as will Breyer and Thomas.
If Trump wins, he will likely get to replace all of them. Of course it really doesn't matter because the next time the democrats hold the senate and the whitehouse they will stack the court.

That's how it's taken by the public, which burnishes the reputation of court, which is probably part of Roberts' motivation. The other part in this, rather than being blackmailed, is the movement in the court's docket this past term. It's not that Roberts "moved left", but that the cases "moved right".

Just look at who is in the lincoln project. They love them too, make excuses for them too.
There is no justification whatsoever to have laxer rules for casinos and then not even give churches the opportunity to operate under the same rules.
