When women give birth, sometimes the wiring gets messed up. My wife’s post partum depression was so bad I had to put her in a facility so she could get treatment so I wouldn’t come home and find her and maybe my baby dead one day. Driving off with her begging me not to leave her was the hardest thing I ever did, but it was necessary and it worked thankfully.
Not to try and get to “woe is me” about it, but I thought the context is important.
The point being I don’t think she’s faking this, I think 4 kids in 5 years has crossed some wires upstairs. Thats a lot of pregnancy in a short time frame and just about every man alive knows women get a little odd during them. Some women change pretty significantly, I think my wife is right about that impact and how it’s altered her perception of reality.
