She was all for separation of powers, right up until he said the district court had no authority over this sort of action (removing illegals specifically part of a group designated as a terrorist organization), she then tried to spin that into the idiotic take of asking him if he was saying the Executive branch is immune to the Judicial.
She had her "gotcha" talking points and she kept trying to circle back to them no matter how he explained it.

Sooo, let me get this straight. The only thing the judge could do in this case, is hold the agency responsible in contempt of court, civilly or criminally?
Trump should just Pardon the Secretary and everyone else that knew about the order. What then? Judge can’t do shite to anyone.

Gosh, I didn't know deporting large numbers of illegal immigrant violent gang members was a bad thing. Funny how judges are screaming about plane loads of them leaving but not plane loads of them being flown in at night and released.

He wants to make sure the last plane didn't disobey his order to turn around.
I hope the DOJ replies that: while the Judge can get classified details that it has become fast practice for these things to be leaked to the media.

They just said there has been 64 injunctions of POTUS Trump. No other POTUS has been questioned by courts in this manner.
Add Massie's dig and they can all have TDS together.
