Laramie is where Univ of Wyoming is, a very liberal/prog town. Lots of vegans, trans, etc. there. Probably the only place besides Jackson Hole, I'd think, that is requiring masks. But I don't know that for sure. Lots of 'baws' in that state though.

The school board needs lots of good strong conservative challengers in the next election cycle. In the meantime, they need to have their arses sued until their nose bleeds.
