Like i said, if you read the laws you would realize that’s not what it’s about.

abut instead you read fox headlines to get mad.

it’s only crazy if you ignore the actual laws they’re changing.

if you read them it’s just nuts and bolts governance.
so what exactly is changing and what's not?

i haven't read the actual law so i'm hoping you can provide some color

they are update a lot of family law that wouldn’t apply in same-sex situations but should.

the “inseminated person” change is from the state law for artificial insemination using donor sperm.

Previously it allowed read that the husband of the mother could be named the natural parent of the child if they consented in writing.

But you know who uses donor sperm a lot? Lesbians. So they changed the language be gender neutral. and avoid confusion in some cases.

arguably they could have gone with “inseminated
mother” vs “Inseminated person” but it’s not the attack on motherhood people are making it out to be.

there are some sections where they say stuff like “anyone who acknowledges paternity” which is now “anyone who acknowledges parentage” and things like that’s.

So in Wisconsin Walgreens stores, will they yank boxes of tests that don’t read “Patronage Tests” next to the Plan B boxes for inseminated persons?

Neither of those things would happen.

Paternity test is still in the law

and they don’t put the word “mother” on plan b boxes.

Note Evers also crossed out the licensed physician portion as well.

Haven't seen that mentioned.

This entire farce is a waste of all of our time and intelligence. Wisconsin has forfeited its sanity card.

Wisconsin has always been full of socialists. In fact, according to Alice Cooper, Milwaukee has had 4 socialist mayors. Learned that on Wayne's World (1992).

They moved that portion to section C. Idk who else does this besides licensed physicians but again the law isn’t about the practice of medicine but about how people who use artificial insemination can ensure parental rights for the mother who is not pregnant or father.

Its a feminine ideology. Its going to be based on entitlements and not merit, feelings over outcome.

Just because you are inseminated doesn't mean you are pregnant.

Gay dudes inseminate each other and they don't get pregnant.

Good point but awful imagine to put in someone's head
