We really should have. If my family member was a victim I can’t think of a better way to get back at the terrorists. They are stuck in caves but we just rebuild em.

I agree, but I believe the biggest reason they didn’t was they couldn’t lease that much office space again, so the buildings wouldn’t make money. Even the current building was having difficulty filling out the lease space.
