I hope people write in Mo Brooks. That will split the republican vote and ensure a Doug Jones victory.

All a write in will do is split the republican votes. We just need to vote for Moore, and if the Senate doesn't want to seat him, then Ivey can appoint someone until we can have another election.

Here's the thing I don't understand. Why could this election just be moved to next year?

LOL

here are the options

A) Vote doug jones
B) Vote roy moore
C) Write in - therefore taking votes away from Moore and giving jones the win

and Mo hasn't even attempted to try to make a write in campaign happen

Mo Brooks says to vote for Moore no matter what. Because he'll vote the right way.

Mo Brooks is pathetic.

This board loves him. Makes sense.

This is hindsight but everyone should’ve just gotten behind Brooks. He was conservative enough to please the Moore crowd but not crazy enough to scare away the Strange voters. Shows you that the primary system Isn’t always an effective way to nominate a candidate. The Alabama GOP has nominated some real bozos over the years and those bozos usually have long lifespans due to winning one primary.

But Brooks’ comments yesterday were a little icky. You shouldn’t gloss over allegations just because someone will vote a certain way in the Senate.

Supreme Court has already ruled that the Cucks in DC don't have a choice. The decision to seat a duly elected legislator is left to the people of the state they represent.

In short, frick off Cucks.

Here is his statement:
quote:

"There are major issues facing the United States of America, deficit and debt that can lead to insolvency and bankruptcy, funding for national security, border security, abortion, appointment of Supreme Court justices - Doug Jones will vote wrong on each of those issues, Roy Moore will vote right on each of those issues,"

Brooks isn’t wrong, but he should’ve at least added that he didn’t believe the accusations. It makes it look like he doesn’t care about if Moore did it or not and his only care is that he’s has an (R) next to his name. That’s my impression of the statement at least.

I think it is too early for a politician to take Moore's side. He could easily take the accusers side and not get much political blow black if he was wrong. But he can't take Moore's side at all and risk being wrong.

Moore is out there on an island all by himself right now and it's just the way it is. Will he last another month? Who knows, but it is what it is.
