The hotness right now is BeastTv. $14/Mo. I don’t want to post too much about it. They offer a 48 hour trial for $4. You won’t be disappointed. A coworker introduced it awhile back and everyone who uses it loves it. Do some research. You’re welcome. LINK

The cord cutters will be back to cable w/in 2 years. All of this shite adds up and is not worth paying multiple platforms, for nearly the same price, as it is just one. Not surprising though.

I'm a Boomer, I like my remote, my on screen guide and Direct TV.

They are adding a bunch of Viacom channels. Also this isn't political.

Maybe someday, a central provider will come up with a way to package all these various channels into one single service that you pay for. I wonder why nobody's thought of that before...

It's owned by Google, one of the most left-wing corporations in America. So YES it's political Jussie.

why don't you just tell us how?

my internet alone is over $80

I use an AT&T reseller Toast.net for AT&T Fiber. I use 2 IPTV platforms for my channels. Google "Reddit IPTV reviews". That should get you started.

This has absolutely nothing to do with liberalism or politics. Perfect example of why many of you people are unhinged from reality. You are not the silent majority. You are the fringe crazies.

Well, back to Hulu. I just switched to YTTV last month too
I almost switched from hulu to YTTV. glad I didn't. About 6 mos ago I called Spectrum because I have them for wifi/internet. They had a perfect package priced nice but no Fox Business or Fox News.

They were snippy when I said I didn't want CNN and MSNBC could I switch. The lady seemed delighted to tell me if I wanted Fox News it was on the top tier package. (That if I got I may as well pay cable again)

On Hulu I watched Schitt's Creek it is so stupid it is funny.

I pay 25.00 a month for locals and 10 “network” channels. It’s expanded to include gameshow, 3 religious, 3 Spanish, 4 Japanese channels. Total I get about 40 channels. I have Netflix and amazon that I pay by the year for and 6 free TV apps. I have 3 TVs and 3 tablets that stream stuff and am around 50.00 a month. Internet is 20.00 a month for 30 megs down. I also have my cell phones through the cable company at 30.00 a month for 2 lines with a meg a piece. This total for TV, Internet, and Cell service is less than my old 120.00 cable bill that ran on 2 TVs.

I lose nothing in content and in fact have tons more content that I and my family actually watch. My mom bought my daughter a year of Disney plus but if I took it over I’m still ahead.

Hulu has two versions of a screen guide and is way better than DirectTV.

I wasn’t just about to switch to YouTubeTV, but I can get Dish for 2 years for only $5 more a month. Might stay with YT until the September price increase, then explore my options.

People who have regular cell carriers paying hundreds a month for cell phones are fools. Consumer Cellular is $45 a month 2 phones unlimited. Even if you have to have a $1000 iphone (idgets I hated my iphone) it is still cheaper.

ETA: It uses an AT&T tower. Best coverage everywhere.
