Would be ruled unconstitutional after the fact.

The only way that could be a compromise is if 1&2 were only addressed after the wall was complete, otherwise it's same old and tired democrap scam of .."
We get this now...you'll get the wall later. Trust us".

You left off,

4) No Amnesty for the Dreamers who haven't already filed for DACA

5) End Chain Migration

6) Merit system instead of Lottery

7) Congressional Act that codifies the end to birthright citizenship for children born to non-citizens (This will get challenged in court but we just might win it at SCOTUS)

I'm ok with DACA not being given citizenship, but they need a path to citizenship. By it's very design, people here under DACA protections are required to be lawful, contributing members of society. They cannot break a single law or they will lose their protected status.

If there isn't a path to citizenship, it's likely a non-starter.

No.

20 billion isn't a fully funded wall.

It's impossible to prove who entered before or after 18.

The wall plus everify and a massive cut in legal immigration. Ending the visa lottery and chain migration as well.

And amnesty for DACA means only renewable work visas, no green cards or citizenship.

Nope - have to define exactly who the DACA are - and restrict 'amnesty' to only that small group. They would have to pass extreme vetting to get to stay here. Would have to agree to = "no citizenship for at least 15 years."

PLUS - there has to be an absolute end to chain migration and visa lottery - go to strict merit base only.

I would like to see some sort of 'no more immigration until those who are here now become fully and productively integrated into an AMERICAN culture." Absolutely no set up of ghettos bringing 3rd world values and culture to America.

no amnesty.
complete wall funding including expansion of Border Patrol/ice and put national guard on border to supplement until wall and border patrol expansion is complete.
appoint more judges to deal with the immigration/deportation status backlog.
cut all immigration by at least half until we can get a merit based immigration policy in place.
this would be a start..

Good. Then they all have to go. If citizens have to follow the law, why should criminals get a break?

Because DACA, in most cases, deserves our compassion. Consider it Pro-Life for children brought here under no fault of their own.

Do this deal. The DACA kids should have a path to citizenship, and the other two points are Stock n trade Trump positions. Democracy at work. About 75% of US citizens want amnesty for the DACA kids, and would help Trump and 2018 republicans in the mid terms.

Bruh... when you hold all the cards you get it all. How about no amnesty no daca and yes wall

You do realize that about 75% of Americans want to have a path for citizenship for DACA kids. Failure to getting this done probably means that Republicans and Trump will be left with no cards and will be voted into Democratic House and Senate. If that happens, Trump is in line for impeachment, and his agenda will be stifled except for continuing executive orders only.

Isn't it compassionate to keep families together? Why do you support tearing children away from their family?

no way 75% of the country would support amnesty, nor would that high of a majority agree on anything...

DACA children who still have a family to take care of them have the option of leaving with their parents. What of those who have no family to go to? We shouldn't ship them out of the country to a place they've never known.

You know over 80% are over the age of 25. Most of these DACA "kids" are adults

What's the sell here, they should have self-deported after graduation? Come on.
