Tell her she's of Viking ancestry and they started the braids.

But I like to drink Ole English and smoke black and milds while eating fried chicken and then having watermelon for desert. I'm not stopping that.

To go viral; that's always the goal.

Did the 80lb white chick look that scared to to you? And typically this would be 3 or 4 on 1, and the group eggs itself on until one of them creates a confrontation. Have you ever seen anybody walk up to a random stranger and start yelling about how ugly as frick their hair is?

Right, so it wasn't staged in the sense that someone was trying to make black people look bad, it was staged in the sense that no real offense was taken by the braids, they were just looking for a confrontation against a weaker person, in order to go viral and possibly score some hood rat street cred in the process. Just trying to point out to Mr. Superiority Complex that this was the case.

They are called Dutch Braids. If anything blacks are culturally appropriating The Vikings.
Not so much.

But I suspect that every culture and ethnicity on the planet has used hair braiding in one form or the other, including incorporation of beads and jewelry into the braids.

This specific style does seem to originate with the Fulani people of West- and Central-Africa, but the difference is one of detail. Europeans and Africans have both incorporated beads/jewelry into hair braids for thousands of years.

It's NOT necessary to post staged videos like this.

You don’t do that, Hanky. You just come in a drop a turd, acting like you were on a different level than us lowly PT dwellers.

At first I thought it was staged.

But this makes the black person and black women look bad.

So all you are doing is continuing negative stereotypes of black women. Maybe that’s her goal.

When I was in college in 1994, the style was the long hair grunge look for guys, which I had. One day I got stoned out of my gourde and decided I wanted to braid my hard like dreadlocks because it was down below my shoulders.

A few days later I had four sorority hotties sitting in a circle around me braiding it for hours while we got high and watched Dazed and Confused for the millionth time.

Being from South Louisiana (warning, this will trigger progressives) I have a LOT of friends that are minorities. Not only that, my job at the time had me working in a situation where I was one of only a few white dudes around. Long story short, the minorities loved the hair do while my parents, my GF's parents, and a few of my friends gave me loads of shite. Three of the finest black females I have ever met in my life (ran track at my college) asked ME out. I was in heaven lol

I could NOT imagine a scenario then where someone would have confronted someone else with violence over something like that. I'm so glad I grew up when I did.

No it didn't. You don't have to go full retard.

It doesn't fricking matter who did it first. White woman looks stupid, and black woman sounds stupid.

Meh, she's cute, but would be a lot cuter if I couldn't see half her scalp.

Nah, she is cute. Not a fan of the braids personally. Can you imagine getting hit in the face continuously by those beads in cowgirl mode?

But she is still cute.
