Is it “cloudy” like libs acting as if a 12 week developing baby isn’t a human?

No. That’s not it at all. This is just you doing the thing you do.

What have you done to stop abortion since the last conversation we had almost a month ago?

Let me guess: post on a message board?

ETA: I am hereby instructing you to do nothing for the rest of your life to stop abortion except talk about it on the internet. You’ve been instructed. You are to begin immediately.

Is the unborn fetus a living breathing human or not?

In some states it is. In some states it is not. Can't be both.

Excuse me. It is cloudy for idiots who say idiotic shite like:

“The person with the gun is the one responsible for the loss of the fetus,” Toni Van Pelt, president of the National Organization for Women (NOW), said to NBC News in a statement.

Lynn M. Paltrow, executive director of National Advocates for Pregnant Women, echoed those sentiments.

“The argument is that by becoming pregnant, a woman commits a crime if she puts herself in danger in any way,” Paltrow said.

Apparently you’re in that camp. Now I’m laughing.

You’re projecting again, Scooter. I can see it’s a problem for you. You should work on it.

I believe it can be. I’ve seen several cases where a criminal was charged with the death of an unborn child, yet that state also allows abortions.

In fact, wasn’t there a case somewhere wherein a couple was charged with murder (or some derivation thereof) when they arranged for the boyfriend to beat the mother to cause the abortion, which was legal in that state, because they didn’t want the shame of going to a clinic?

The charge of murder isn’t required for a murder to have happened. A life was ended at the hands of another.

Where is the birth certificate?

Did the state issue a death certificate?

clear letter of the law description of manslaughter

even a first year law student should be able to get a slam dunk conviction in this case

If either of those questions were pertinent, the GJ wouldn’t have returned a manslaughter charge. You’ve had your arse handed to you since you entered this thread. Do you really want to continue?
