No, it’s not. She made threats. She didn’t claim someone else made them. They were specific threats. It wasn’t “ooh, I don’t like him and I wish he was dead.” It was “I’m going to stab him with a knife.”
It fits well in other cases of people who have been sentenced. So nut up and give a reason it was a shitty case or don’t.

Isn’t it strange that in a “random” draw of judges Boasberg gets assigned every Trump case.
