I would find it awkward that a comedian that looks like she suffered from a stroke is going to make jokes about the appearance of press secretary that looks like she suffered from a stroke.

She didn't make comments about her looks - she commented on how Sara uses the ash from her burnt facts to create a perfect smoky eye. And Trump called women fat pigs, ugly, ...If Sara didn't want to answer for that man, then she should have stayed away from the WH. She didn't and this is the price she must pay for public life.
