It wasn't the full court (yet), it was John Roberts (shocked face!) and it was the emergency stay.

The democrats in Virginia put an attorney general in office that said the following concerning then republican house speaker Todd Gilbert and his family:
Also made comments wishing or imagining that Gilbert’s children would “die in their mother’s arms” (suggesting this personal pain might drive Gilbert on policy, like gun control).
Describing Gilbert and his wife as “breeding little fascists” in reference to their young children.
These people put this pos into office as an attorney general. If you think you can reason with these people, then you’re ignoring the obvious.

Ignoring the rule of law, which is EXACTLY what the Governor is advocating for here, to instead rule by the whim of an unchecked majority, which, in this case, is seeking to act in opposition to the Constitution (state and federal), is the very antithesis of everything we stand for.

I've seen quite a few commies suggest that VA do it anyway and thumb their nose at the courts saying they cannot enforce it.
Wrong - if VA votes with their new map, the US House and Senate can refuse to seat them, it will get escalated to SCOTUS who will say "we fricking told you so!"

Sure the GOP Court of the US (I mean Supreme Court) has ruled in partisan and political and unjust manner! Make 15 justices sit on the Court!! Require 9 with no party affiliation and 3 democrats and 3 republicans! Stop the political crap everywhere!!
