I’m convinced that half or more of Medicaid spending is outright fraud.

It’s easy that it’s all least half maybe more all based on wording and who knows how to work the system. There should be more checks and balances, but I know that would seriously slow care down. So idk the answer other then absolutely annihilating and hammering convicted fraud with max penalties for convicted and recovering money already spent or gifted for family members and associates. Zero protection for anyone associated.

And make clauses that will ensure they live in poverty for the rest of there lives.
