The Judge doesn't seem too interested in his presentation. Judge's pack of gum comment was odd.

It is a clown show with hearsay, gossip, backstabbing former friends or colleagues.

This is how much MAGA defendants fear this Rico case. Hail Mary legal storytelling from the defendants.

Delay, smear, lie, all in play to misdirect attention from the former president's illegal election fraud in 2020.

This is setup to drag things out to keep the trial off schedule and use the legal system to create smoke for an appeal to higher courts again for delay.

Understand why he's going here, but the meat of this is that they LIED on court documents and lied from the stand... the evidence shows they were in a relationship prior to 2022, especially the texts.

When you were writing this, I truly believe that you meant it. Every word.

And because of that, im not upset or angry, I feel nothing but pity for you. Somewhere along the way, you were twisted up so bad that now any amount of evidence to the contrary is a massive conspiracy.

I wish you well

I pity the ignorant. The irony of this post made me laugh hard though.

His questions are pointing me in that direction as well. I hope we are wrong.

Judge has a lot of questions Sadow's closing argument - the money, Willis/Bradley/Wade's truthfulness, Willis/Wade relationship and now forensic misconduct. Judge doesn't seem to be swayed.

It will be interesting to see how many times the Judge questions the State during their closing.

You're seeing a judge being a judge. Wait for the other side to get up. He has been fairly impartial and doesn't seem like he's tipping his hand.

I'm guessing he is in the dog house, he wasted at least 5 minutes of the next attorneys time defending Jugs

I believe it to. He'll simply say yeah there appears to be some questionable actions but it has no impact on the Trump case. The justice system is just over with
