I think it’s telling that all the counties in NE Ms are going heavy for Reeves
Presley is from that area around Tupelo

It won't be for a lack of effort

Hinds county still has not reported a single vote.

They have to wait and see how many they need

And they were kept open by a local judge.
They've learned their lesson.

polls didn't close in Hinds til 8, some in Byram, Raymond, and Clinton open til 9 if person was in line at 7.
Should be coming in in a few. Takes an hour to 90 minutes after closure to start showing votes.

I think it’s odd that the top state wide races, SOS, LT Gov, State Auditor, AG are in the 60 ish -% for the R vs 30 ish % for the D; yet the Gov race is 50 ish for R vs 40’s for D.
Who in MS votes for Delbert and not Tate? Lynn Fitch not Tate??
Weird.
Edit:
Insurance commissioner R 66% D 30’s. I’m sorry but no one is voting for Mike Cheney and not Tate Reeves.

Margin is about 70,000 with 49% in.
No votes from Hinds, Madison and Hancock - big counties that will probably cancel each other out. This one is OVER.

In 2019:
Dems were +40k in Hinds
Dems were +600 in Madison
GOP was +4600 in Hancock
That's half the margin that Presley would have to make up. I don't think its there. There is still about 6000 GOP votes left in Rankin as well. 13000 on the Coast.

This one ain't over until the fat lady sings. The printers are still printing in Jackson to make sure the fat lady sings rock and roll (Elvis joke) instead of country.

I get your point, but those people are voting straight D. They aren’t thinking, gee wiz Mike Cheney is going to keep my insurance rates in check, but for $20 bucks and a pack of swisher sweets, I’ll vote for Presley. There’s some frickeration going on in the Magnolia State.
Edit
This is even more concerning considering that Hinds Co hasn’t reported a single vote.
