Yes it can!
We need to pull our 50,000 troops out of Germany.
And 15,000 in Italy
And 12,000 in England
Put them all at the Mexican border.
I'd call that a wall.

Put them in eastern Europe, they will fight and at least fight freedom, I still have hope for the brits but the rest are a lost cause, IMO.. Maybe Italy will come around..

Lets hope it does.
Outside of Italy, Iceland & Canada (based on geographical proximity), and the Baltic/Eastern European members I wouldn't use our military assets to defend any of those places.

While the US has been guaranteeing the freedom and security of the entire Western world since WWII AND footing the bill for nearly every technological and medical advancement the Europeans have been using their money to create socialist "utopias" that simply wouldn't exist without our generosity. And then they have the nerve to comment on our political system and our politicians.
How about you go frick yourself Europe. You don't get a voice because you're an irrelevant continent that doesn't contribute anything to the world and wouldn't exist without the United States here to make sure big evil mean Russia didn't steamroll you anytime they felt like it.

We have allowed this situation to exist for too long. Until Europe could rebuild after WWII, they needed our help, and we needed their markets. But, like raising kids, we spoiled them and became enablers of their spoiled attitudes.
Our leaders have tried making changes by calling attention to the disparities. But like spoiled children, they held their breath, and stomped their feet, and did nothing.
