The problem the Dems have is how to replace him as candidate given the crap crop who ran to this point and the legal questions as to whether someone like Hillary could be drafted to run.

Val has some of the same weaknesses as Hillary given she was an impeachment manager.

Polls are all over the place right now. CNN had him losing by 7 or 8 in the swing states.
Meanwhile, Fox had Biden in ahead in all of them.
The internal polls are likely the only ones that are anywhere near accurate.
