So maybe they hired a bunch of people to make the line look really, really, really long to embellish the story.

At this point, he must purposefully be playing obtuse. No one could be possibly be this stoopid.

... and not a link was posted

I posted this before but didn't provide a link, so there's one below -

1. There were 223 voting centers across metro-Phoenix. Think about what that means.

2. More than half of the voting centers had a PEAK wait time of 15 minutes or less.

3. At 207 of the 223 voting centers, the PEAK wait never exceeded 60 minutes.

4. So PEAK wait times exceeded an hour at 16 out of 223 voting centers, and only Anthem saw a wait time that ever exceeded 2 hours.

Not as compelling as some random dude with an iPhone taking video of a line, but it's interesting nonetheless

I'm hardly obtuse. I just know wtf I'm talking about, and that doesn't play well with sheep armed with Tweets and a narrative.

So Toomer - what in the videos you posted above is inconsistent with what I just posted about wait times at voting centers in Maricopa County?

Everything in that Hill article is "according to the county" and Bill Gates.

Please tell me you are not taking their word for it.

Why isn't the 1 1/2 hours part in quotes? Because they didn't report there were 90 minute lines all over the county, that's why.
Well David, yeah, they did. You were just too lazy to look. Here's a 30 sec snippet.

That, my friend, is what honest people call "a lie," and what dummies call credible.

Let's be crystal clear, 1-in-5 centers had printer-scanner problems! You do know that, correct? 1-in-5 is 20% (included because I made the mistake earlier today of assuming a poster was math capable). How could anyone with that knowledge be stupid enough to believe that < 8% of centers had >1hr waits?

Nope. I'm not. Bill Gates is a problem.

I'm not lazy. I've watched that clip (and the longer version) a half dozen times, as you guys keep posting the same shite over and over.

NCT - I know you're a bright guy, so it's weird how obtuse you're being in this thread.

Have I ever suggested 20% of voting centers didn't have printer/tabulator problems? In fact, I think the actual percentage is 30%, maybe even a bit more.

The disconnect here is on your end. You are assuming that a voting center with a printer/tabulator problem = a better than 1 hour wait. It doesn't. This is what I was referring to when I argued that you need to f'n understand how the process worked on that day.

Each voting center had MULTIPLE printers/tabulators. Have you read that in all of your research? If so, why don't you know what it means? If not, I wonder why it's not been reported.

I have no knowledge as to what you've "ever suggested."
My presumption would be "no."
But my presumption also was you are a bright poster who would register the highly dubious "Hill" claim as ... well ... exceptionally dubious.

Instead you're countering multiple on-site reports by left-leaning networks, with a literally unbelievable "Hill" article. I guess my question is WTF happened to you?

Dude "a printer" is the voting machine. Does that register? Please focus.

Each center has a bunch of printers, but ... wait4it ... NOT multiple tabulators

Multiple on-site reports. We're talking about how many? Is it 3?

There were 220+ voting centers in Maricopa County. And I've already said that Anthem is an outlier in all of this. They had longer lines than is reasonable.

I'm not the biggest fan of the Hill, but what's your point here. They made up what's in that report? I can tell you it's consistent with reporting here in PHX.

Why didn't you respond to my point that each voting center had multiple printers/scanners?

ETA - you responded to the printer/tabulator thing as I was typing this post.

This is a perfect example of how someone that's only reading shite in their little bubble can be so wrong.

You are wrong. The printers in Maricopa County voting centers are not the voting machine. Do you want me to step you through the process here? You've obviously drawn conclusions from a vacuum.

NOT multiple tabulators

Wrong here, too.

Oh for christsakes, please STOP. This is getting stooooooopid!

Multiple "on-site reports" with live visuals ... Get it?
Versus your JaysonBlair-type "TheHill" article.

You fall into comparing "on-site" reporters with your link to a "journalist" 2300 miles away?

WAIT!!

You are claiming that voting machines produce printouts somewhere else ... i.e., somewhere else where others can see voters' votes BEFORE they are scanned.
Really???
Gosh please detail this system.

You are obviously on site with tons of Maricopa-specific experience.

PLEASE PLEASE do tell!

You understand that in MC, we vote by hand, right? We sit in a little booth with a ballot that's freshly printed by one of a bank of printers at a long table, and with a black pen fill in little ovals. There is no voting machine. There is a printer. A piece of paper and a pen. Then a tabulator that scans your ballot in about 3 seconds.
