Though impeachment is a different animal, you cannot compel a defendant to testify in a criminal matter. I would assume that's why. Also, they are absolutely gaping vags.

If Trump testifies under oath they will actually get him on impeachment. No way he can testify without lying about something. Remember lying under oath even about a blow job is impeachable.

Why should they? Either Trump will testify and present evidence or he won't. His game plan has been to resist and obstruct. He won't change that strategy now.

ANYTHING is impeachable.
Impeachment does not require a crime, or any evidence for that matter.

Bribery, treason, high crimes and misdemeanors.
No proof of bribery.
No proof of treason though claims that Trump “went against US foreign policy” were made. Which are laughable because the President SETS foreign policy, not some fricking clown ambassador.
No actual crimes appear to be on the list of charges the Dems will vote on Monday.
So what exactly could they convict and remove him for?
