Why won’t Republicans pass the Save Act?

This I cannot figure out. It has majority support from the right, left and independents. It’s a slam dunk.

Senators love power. Republicans in office are routinely the victims of insecure elections causing them to lose.

Pass the Save Act
Voters are happy
Republicans far more likely to retain control of Congress and have the power

I just don’t see the problem. Why wouldn’t Thune want to keep his job as majority leader? He has an opportunity to change the nation for the better. Do that and I don’t give a frick if they line their pockets or do insider trading. I can live with the corruption if they’d just pass legislation that’s good for the country too

People are being bribed and for their silence and not voting.

This is not the free and fair elections way. The left wants to cheat in "everything" for power.

Pub get offered 500k to vote no. Greed. Everybody got a price.

It is ALMOST like they are on the same team and don't want you to know it.... ALMOST! Nah, that is crazy talk. Must have something to do with the weather or quantum physics or something.

Two sides of the same coin. It’s theater and they don’t give a frick what you or anyone else thinks.

Because they shouldn't have to pass shite. Each congress gets a sort of get out jail card where the opposing party will give in because they owned em one and Republicans should not have to use one of their one get out of jail free cards which something 88% of Americans want.

That's why they don't want to do anything drastic to pass it because they should t have to

It’s not nuking the filibuster.

Requiring talking filibuster is within current senate rules

Your first mistake is thinking politicians care what voters support.

They don’t care.

Their orders come from elsewhere
