If she got sprayed at all it's because she tried to join with Pretti (who was getting sprayed). I don't think she ever got sprayed directly.

That I get, and agree with. But standing on the sidewalk isn't that is it?

They are not protesters. They cease being that when they follow ICE and begin obstructing agents. At that point everyone there is committing a federal felony and they need to start treating them like that.
Standing on sidewalk?
Pushing them down or arresting them?

You don’t know what went on before, she was probably in their faces blowing those damn whistles as they are in the process of arresting their target. Pushing her out of the way and she went down.

If I was an agent, making peanuts to defend our country, I would remove any person that is in the way, period.

I keep hearing this and agree that is an arrestable offense.
1. What actions or activities were they doing across the street that was obstructive?
2. Why was she not arrested if interfering?
I get we are all opposed to those opposing ICE, as am I, but that does not mean we can't question ICE and there actions when we see things that don't make sense

Yeah. Ice has already been too tolerant. Had it been any other police force in the country, that is functioning normally, those bitches would've been brought to the ground, handcuffed, arrested and dragged to the back of a squad car. Do you not watch a lot of cop cam videos on YouTube?
I like the ones who believe they have the right to be in the cops face with a camera, screaming.. ignoring the cops commands that they can record but they must be a certain distance away. Those ones always have a look of surprise on their faces when the cop finally takes them to ground hard.

We were discussing the lady.. I do not believe she had a weapon
And in response to your question..long because there were so many cases reported.. heck I saw guys coming at the police with broken flagpoles and other things..
“Yes, many individuals at the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack were armed with a wide variety of weapons, including firearms, chemical sprays, and blunt objects.
While early claims suggested the crowd was unarmed, extensive court records, police reports, and video evidence have since documented the following:
Firearms and Ammunition
Guns on Capitol Grounds: At least 20 participants have been identified as being armed with firearms on or around the Capitol grounds. Multiple defendants, such as Christopher Alberts and Guy Reffitt, were convicted of carrying handguns during the riot.
Discharged Weapons: One individual, John Banuelos, was charged with firing a pistol into the air on Capitol grounds.
Large Seizures: Police seized over 3,000 rounds of ammunition from arrests made on or near the site. One defendant, Lonnie Coffman, was found with a truck containing a "small armory," including a rifle, shotgun, and 11 Molotov cocktails.
Pre-positioned Stockpiles: Groups like the Oath Keepers reportedly staged "Quick Reaction Forces" with a massive cache of weapons at nearby hotels in Virginia, intended for use if the situation escalated.
Other Dangerous Weapons
Rioters used various items as improvised or tactical weapons to assault law enforcement:
Chemical Irritants: Bear spray and pepper spray were frequently used to incapacitate officers.
Blunt and Sharp Objects: These included baseball bats, hockey sticks, metal poles, tomahawk axes, and knives.
Flagpoles: In at least seven cases, federal prosecutors identified rioters using flagpoles as spears or clubs to attack police.
Stun Guns: Multiple individuals were documented carrying or using stun guns and "ZAP" walking sticks.
Preparation and Intent
Body Armor: Many participants arrived equipped with tactical gear, including gas masks, helmets, and ballistic vests.
Intelligence and Awareness: Testimony from former White House aides indicated that officials were warned on the morning of January 6 that many in the crowd were armed with AR-15 rifles and other weapons, but they were still encouraged to march to the Capitol.

Need to bring in ten thousand troops for crowd control since the leftards are trying to prevent ICE from arresting murderers, rapists and pedophiles.
If people are so soft that they would re-elect the scum who caused the problem in the first place, then maybe it is time to fight fire with fire.

If you can't recognize what these people are going has gone far beyond "questioning ICE" or peacefully protesting, then you're intellectually dishonest and not worth trying to reason with.
