Birthright citizenship is also a product of colonial times. It made it easier on the governments of the new world. Only 3 countries of the eastern hemisphere have unrestricted birthright citizenship. Which is Chad, Lesotho and Tanzania. All found in Africa.

I have little problem with the "citizenship" of the child born here. But that should have zero impact for the parents or relatives. They have to go back.
And if they 'abandon' their child here, they forfeit all right to ever become citizens themselves.
So - come here - drop the kid - take the kid back to your home country with you. Congrats - you now have a kid with dual citizenship and the benefit of being able to return to the USA as an adult citizen.
Parents, on the other hand, still have to go thru whatever process was/is in place to become citizens.

The United States shouldn’t be the dumping ground for low iq, uneducated, unskilled third world citizens. That’s what we’ve essentially been since the Mariel boatlift in 1980. Countries send their undesirables here and we take them in and give them tons of handouts at expense of American taxpayers. It has to end. We’ve got 30 to 40 million of them here. It’s unsustainable.

It would be better if Congress passed a law outlawing biryhright citizenship. That makes it very likely SCOTUS would eventually decide on merits.
With EO it is more likely the court cases end up being decided on a procedural ground as opposed to deciding the issue

He said nothing of the sort.
Jurisdiction is the power of a legal system to apply its power to a person.
If a court can try a person for a crime, they have jurisdiction over that person.
If a court does not have jurisdiction over that person, then they cannot try a person for a crime.

It really isn't about the anchor babies, but the families that then attach themselves to the baby and get citizenship as well.

Where did I say or imply that it was?
The 14A has the same weight as the 10 Amendments in the Bill of Rights.
You're making the same bad arguments leftists do with the 2A.
