Why the hell does the Southern Poverty Law Center have $120M parked in offshore accounts?

What in the ENTIRE frick is a "non-profit" doing parking money in Cayman Island accounts? Where do these bastards get their money from?

There's no legal or logical reason why a non-profit can't put its money wherever it wants. It isn't avoiding taxes, because it is a non-profit. Oftentimes the right wing propaganda machine doesn't even realize how absolutely stupid its fake attacks are.
