Why start impeachment inquiry before reading the transcripts or talking to whistle blower?

Why don't you look at the evidence first before deciding if an impeachment is warranted? I don't understand Pelosi's move here at all unless she has already seen the evidence. She and the Dems have everything to lose here.

The Dems, Deep State, and Cabal want access to the Mueller GrandJury testimony. This isn’t about impeachment because they know they can’t get 60 votes across the hall in the Senate.

Maybe the lawyer for the “whistleblower” has provided documentary evidence or a description thereof to one or more House committee members and the Speaker.

This has nothing to do with a warranted impeachment process.
They want to create a distraction during an election year [and they don't care if it takes out sleepy joe in the process].
They want to distract the people from Trump's successes.
And yes, they want this to harm Trump's economy, even if in the end that harms Americans.
And, by the way, nothing has changed today than yesterday other than Nances coming out and stating that she is in favor of an impeachment inquiry.

So the "whistleblower", who only knows hearsay, told his lawyer some hearsay that is now third hand who told someone in Congress (4th hand) and THAT is what they want to impeach over.

Because they already know what the complaint will say because the whistleblower is likely a Dem operative who was told what to say.
This is why they’re saying the transcript doesn’t matter. The complaint was fabricated by the Dems to make Trump appear to have done wrong

They are used to dealing with other politicians, people who are so worried about their next election that they will eventually break under such pressure even if they know they are innocent.
Trump doesn't give a frick when he knows he's innocent (see: everything dealing with Russian collusion and the Steele dossier). They don't know how to deal with that so they double-down on their attempts to push false narratives.
