my side vs. your side is all that matters around here lol.

So fricking stupid.

So a board, comprised mainly of America-First Conservatives, would get their panties in a wad over Saudi Arabia killing some muslim brotherhood journalist?....

Get the frick out of here with that stupid "logic".

Probably not.

Obama actually droned an American citizen in the M.E. and this board's reaction was the guy was a dumb arse for playing stupid games.

Primarily because we have been the standard bearer in tbe world for freedom and democracy. And, when we cosy up to the leader of an islamic dictatorship, that's funding mosques all over the world that expouse violent jihad, solely because as are hooked on that Saudi sauce (money and oil) we look a little hypocritical.

But whatever. I'm over it. We're mostly just ankle deep as country these days.

So what??
You seem to be more bothered by where the hacking took place than the hacking.
The references to "happens all the time" was in context to the hacking...not the location.

How do you feel about Obama droning American citizens without due process?

WaPo and the NYT didn't really care. But they sure care about non-U.S. citizen Khashoggi.

perhaps it is a relatively extreme case and it sounds unfortunate for him. maybe he played with the bull and got the horns? crossing those despots in any material way seems like a stupid move for any saudi and if he was slinking around in turkey he probably wanted to die to be honest.

I care. But that wasn't the question. We're being played a fool. Saudi is our drug dealer. We're funding worldwide jihad at 2 bucks a gallon.

Why are you leftists up in arms over the alleged murder of a Saudi citizen by the Saudi government in their consulate in Turkey?

What do you want our government to do about it? Since we have no legal jurisdiction in this matter, our only options are war or ignoring it.

He was a green card resident of the US so the government has a legal obligation to look into it. Plus he occasionally reported for the WaPo, which has had other reporters held captive or "disappeared" and they raised a stink about that too.

Is this correct? Being a green card holder confers an OBLIGATION on the U.S. while outside of the U.S.?

That seems ridiculous

Wrong.

We were being played by a fool by the previous Saudi regime, you know, the ones who donated heavily to the Clinton Foundation.
