Why should Trump Debate?

He is fighting for his company in civil trials hell bent on destroying him because Joe Biden can't win and everyone in the country knows this. He will debate Biden when the time is right and he isn't debating the republican B team.

I don't know that he should. He has a crushing lead in the primary and a probable lead in the November elections. He also has a propensity for opening his mouth too much.
Honestly Trump should take the Biden path: disappear other than some tweets for the next year and just let Biden crumble.

The problem with him debating is the Rhinos on the debate stage have no intention on debating policy. Everyone on that stage has no path to the nomination.

So the best way/only way for candidates to tell me why they are better than the others is in a debate.
Watching a stump speech in West Virginia doesn’t hit points for the guy in Kansas.
Until 4 years ago everyone took it as a given that candidates would debate.
This board made fun of Joe Biden for there being the possibility of not debating.
Trump clearly believes “it’s his turn” and that my vote is owed to him.
He is interviewing to work for me. Not the other way around

He just did fine in an interview with Univision last night, so standing on stage being nagged at and having people yelling over each other isn't going to prove what you want.
Debates show absolutely nothing that Trump hasnt already proven.

Sometimes there are people that are proven that don't need to "interview". You keep putting your vote on a pedestal, but doubt anyone is caring about earning it to the level you want.
Every single person in the race wished they were in Trump's position and would not debate either of they were.

The entire establishment impeached him over a fake dossier that was generated and pushed by said establishment hacks and media. Why get on stage and generate ratings or revenue for these clowns? They want him to play by their rules and then use those rules to destroy his family.

Well he’s not one of those.
Sure he’s better than Biden but the economy was in the tank at the end of his presidency. His appointments were poor in key positions etc.

The sad thing is that more conservatives weren’t outraged over his absence.
I understand that he was hesitant to defend himself against J6 accusations from Pence, but he’s going to have to do it anyway. Right or wrong, he can’t run from it.

Biden doesn’t have to debate him Trump will still destroy him in the election. All Trump needs to do is stay in the race and he’s going to win.

And you think a debate with a bunch of people yelling at each other is going to get anything cleared up for you?
You put big debates up way higher than I ever have. 2 people debates are fine, but many people yelling at each other isn't entertaining or beneficial to me.
You are just anti-Trump so like you said you are seeking a mistake, and still can't see why it's smart for Trump to not debate when people like you just want the gotchas. You aren't wanting him to help you make up your mind, you are already sold on not voting for him. Therefore your crocodile tears over him not debating arent going to convince anyone.

He doesn’t need to debate any of these losers. Biden had done such a bad job and looks like grandpa from the Simpson’s. Trump is on pace to win the election with ease.
