I wouldn’t consider Russia an economic or military superpower anymore. Economically definitely not. Military maybe there nuclear arsenal might keep them as a military superpower but their conventional military does not.

Putin has enough weapons to destroy the word for one. Any other questions?

Trying to avoid another Vietnam. Period. Cost the American public out the arse and had long term effects on lives and economy. It simply isn’t our fight. Europe socialist trash have lived off our money/protection since 1945. Time for them to defend themselves and let’s see how far their socialism goes when they actually have to defend themselves.

If I were going to invade another country (Crimea and Ukraine). I'd certainly do it when my puppet was in office in America, wouldn't you? That's obviously why Putin invade Crimea in 2014 and Ukraine in 2022.

It is questionable that more than 10% would make it off the launch pad or across its borders, with that 90% exploding inside Russia

It’s crazy how effective the MSM has been in convincing many generations Russia is the boogie man. It’s pretty impressive.

If I were going to invade the most powerful country on the planet, I wouldn't do it with my military.

It's crazy how effective one man with ties to Russia has been in convincing half the country that Russia is our friend.

Nah. What's crazy is we isolated a nation with the world's largest nuclear weapon stockpile, and worked hard to ensure they would remain our enemy.

By all accounts, the Russian ruling class see themselves (and flatter themselves) as enemies of what they call 'Atlanticism.' Why we have to pretend that they have no agency in choosing their own path is curious. The brief period where we could have been allies has been overshadowed by their behavior since 2002.

EU Spends More On Russian Oil Than Ukraine Funding

Maybe talk to Europe about this before spewing your stupidity.

The US hasn't been donating billions upon billions of dollars in cash and supplies to Russia so the only real option we have of leveraging Russia out of Ukraine would be at gunpoint. Do you want WW3?

Also, Russia is slowly winning so why would they accept any deal less than allowing them to keep the lands they've already acquired?
