That kind of lukewarm response would be much weaker than silence.

Go Big (AND loud) and wrap all the Dems' debacles around their treasonous head (or don't go at all).

Then again, expecting the Dems to be read the riot-act from an erupting Mitch McConnell would be...beyond shocking.

They are plotting their strategy to lose bigly in November. They believe that a loss would seriously damage Trump’s chances in 2024. They don’t want to be the majority.

Painful but true assessment and projection.

Based on recent history, that discouraging die appears cast

The poor don't pay income tax and SS is going bankrupt. Along with the whole country.

to paraphrase the Magic Negro: everyone should have skin in the game

biggest mistake ever was removing people from the tax rolls.

if they never pay it, they don't give a shite who does or what the rates are.

Make everyone pay a minimum tax (and get rid of refundable tax credits) and they'd start giving a shite about spending and tax policy.

but where is the leadership in those two bodies out front telling the American people their plan to combat all the crap that has been brought forth over the past two years?

The GOP has shown they have no ability, or desire, to lead.

They very much enjoy being the loyal opposition.

They all pay sales tax in the states... and can you say that makes an impact on how people vote and what they care about?

"I have committed heresy in Washington," Scott said.
"I've been in the Senate for only three years, and I have released an 11-point plan with 128 ideas on what Republicans should do after we win the coming elections and take control of the Senate and House.
"In the real world beyond the Beltway, Republicans and independents demand bold action and a plan to save our nation.
They see no point in taking control of Congress if we are simply going to return to business as usual.

neither side wants to win in November. Dems want to lose so they can blame do-nothing republicans. Repukes want to lose so they won't be blamed or have the spotlight on them. It's almost as this has happened time after time and nobody can remember.

No, because it's automatic.

That's why automatic withholding should be outlawed. Everyone should have to stoke a check to the feds every month. Let them feel that sting.

$$$$

They are paid off, so they never mention the New World Order, the Great Reset, "Build Back Better" being from the world economic forum, reimagining "capitalism", etc...etc...etc...

They are a bunch of actors.

Republicans = 2017 Texas A&M
Democrats = 2017 UCLA.

3rd quarter, one side leads 44-10.

Surely they can't lose...

When your opponent is screwing themselves...to put it politely, there's no reason to open your mouth and jeopardize that from being the last memory of voters.

My point exactly. Had Kellen Mond waited until the playclock hit 0 and run a HB or FB dive every play, UCLA wouldn't have had enough time to score 35 points.

Trayveon Williams had over 200 yards rushing and Keith Ford had over 150 yards rushing.
