The dems are desperate. They are just beginning to realize that that blue wave ain't happening. Plus, the Mueller probe is about to take a huge hit when the FISA documents get declassified.

In addition to RR knowing about it Andrew Weismann knew also (from Bruce Ohr).
What was that information? It was the fact that the FBI discredited Christopher Steel's information but the DOJ continued to use the same discredited information in the FISA renewals.
That is a major deal. It's put's RR credibility and the credibility of the entire Mueller investigation at risk (if it wasn't already).
