About half of the state's population live in the Nola, BR and Shreveport metros which all have large black populations and I'm sure their fair share of woke white Democrats too.

Mississippi has the highest black % in the country so it's probably not the answer most are thinking.

Reminds me of the time I finally got a first place ribbon in a youth sport. I could finally brag to some of my more athletic buddies. Let's ignore the fact that there were only two of us in that particular event.
Being number 49 out of 50 in education and saying that the reason we're more liberal than a slightly dumber state is because of education...just makes you sound even dumber than the average dumb guy. There's essentially only two options in politics right now. The reason for the two dumbest states being either or has nothing to do with education. It's actually to do with the lack of education. At least Mississipians guessed the right answer
