Why is Harris Walz listed first on the presidential ballot?

I early voted today and noticed this.....why is she first, am I missing something? It is not in alphabetical order, and I can't make sense of the listing. BTW, Trump is like 5th on the list.
Shed some light if you can.....

In every county or parish they do a ballot draw determining order for every race on the ballot

I honestly don't know.
Trump was 2nd on my ballot but JD Vance's name was "on top" of Trump's name. Same thing for Harris/Walz

Haven't voted yet. But my sample ballot on Geaux Vote was alphabetical for the "four" major parties--apparently the ones that have logos-- and then the other randoms after.

State can determine laws and rules around election but they are run/managed
at the county parish level I don't know of anywhere in the country that they don't do a ballot draw and the chairman of the party or someone who represents the party handles the draw for campaigns that wouldn't bother sending someone specifically
The candidates often do it themselves and kind of treat it like an event so the campaign can get photos

I am in LA.....EBR as well. She was first on my voting ballot.
I did some research, looks like each state and county has selection processes, drawings, etc.....but I found it interesting she was first!

Same way in NC. She is on top. Trump is in the middle.
