Gone are the days when "the most trusted man in America", Walter Cronkite, would read the nightly news to us on TV.
In years past when an editorial segment was about to be presented there would be a forwarding announcement stating that this was an opinion and should be treated as such. That's all over now.
Now it's all right/left wing propaganda, all day, all night, seven days a week.
Most Americans just tune to the channel that is most aligned with their political views and that has become their "news".

Are you using one of their features or specials as cause to disqualify them as a news source. I think the fact that they invest in that kind of programming actually sets them apart from the 24/7 polipop bullshite of the other two main cable networks. Their series on the Kennedys, various presidential elections, the Decades, Anthony Bourdain, etc were all really good shite. This new show with Dr. Gupta looks pretty good, too.
But they mainly do news during the day and 41-person polipop panels in the evening.
