Why is CNN considered a news organization?

There is a mini-marathon of W Kamau Bell's "United Shades of America" show. If you haven't seen it, it is a montage of "America sucks" with Leftist talking point after talking point.
I don't expect much from any news org, but these fricks still hold up the mantle of "journalism."
Who considers them a news source?

Right now they are lamenting the fact that there are 7 states with only one dedicated abortion clinic.

Well, the word "News" is right there in the name.
I guess CNN is considered news in the same way Dr. J is considered a doctor, and Colonel Sanders was considered a colonel.

They also believe MSNBC to be a legit news source.
I accidentally turned on MSNBC for a minute earlier. Some dude was claiming that amash is the only Republican willing to tell the truth. They set it up as every Republican is part of a conspiracy..if they don't wish to impeach trump.
