No. You idiot. It was related to Mexico paying for the wall. STD implied Trump never said that.

Then disappeared while still trolling in other threads.

I was just stating the order of liability. Obviously I support getting started right away. Even if merely symbolic, the Feds can pursue indemnity/ repair from liable parties and insurance down the line.

I'm sure work is underway now, but this is a 3 or 4 year project, at least. Hopefully it goes better than Katrina.

Trump did NOT tell people to drink bleach by the way to the poster who wrote that. Do your research. He was asking if there was a way the doctors could inject "disinfectant" directly into the lungs to kill the virus...not completely idiotic because many times doctors pour antiseptic/disinfectant directly into open wounds so he wass wondering if there was a way to do that internally. I don't know how a person would hear "drink bleach' out of that.

I watched that press conference in real time. Really it just showed Trump had no idea about science worked. Fauci may have lied about science and being science but Trump was just wondering if the bleach that killed the virus on contact could be used to help humans (yes, even internally). It was actually a spur of the moment/stream of consciousness idea. Being schooled in science I cringed a bit. And his troops didn't really know how to respond to him so they just shrugged it off.
Trump was out there up front during Covid to show he cared and he did not want to be criticized for not caring or being portrayed as not caring. It would have been better if he had not attended all those press conferences in person.

Great. Not only are my hard-earned tax dollars being pissed away on a war in Eastern Europe, EBT cards for illegals in New York, and Women's Studies majors in Stanford - but I have to help pay for a bridge in Baltimore?

frick all of that. He would've been criticized to no end for not being there. He didn't handle Covid all that great knowing what we know now. I wish he would've publicly questioned every thing from jump. He relied on the science people around him to do their fricking job and they failed. There was no way to tell they had this lie set up for years before they relesed the fricking thing.

Isn't having a functional interstate commerce infrastructure something you should want your tax dollars paying for?

Is the bridge part of an interstate? I honestly have zero clue. It would seem relevant to your post.

ETA: looks like it was. There should be funds already set aside for things like this, then.

Not only that, The Key Bridge is I695 part of the Federal Interstate System so there is that as well.

Pace yourself. It is only March and voting for the dumbest post of the year doesn't occur until next January you don't want the voters to forget this sort of world-class submission.

The Limitation of Liability Act of 1851 will play heavily into the litigation.

Genuine question. Did he ever detail elsewhere how Mexico would pay for the wall if not directly? I'm going to assume it was via taxing remittances sent from the US to Mexico or tariffs or something but I've never actually seen the plan's details.

The deep state deep sixed the bridge at 1:30 in the morning and the official investigation was over by sunrise, just an accident nothing to see here.

Can’t have no pesky insurance company or shipping company investigators poking around - so just fahgetaboutit the taxpayers will pay to rebuild it.

After we finish blaming this fricked up economy on the bridge collapse so they’ll still vote for us.

He is going to fund the construction with money he is not spending to secure the border.
