Why I think Trump struck a deal with Putin

Zelensky kept bombing the diesel refineries in Russia so Trump struck a deal with Putin to prevent that from happening.
Is Zelensky going to keep bombing those refineries now that Trump's/USA names are on the refineries? I highly doubt it or he might be signing a death warrant or he might be charged with war crimes against the United States if he keeps bombing the refineries
It could turn out to be a win/win for both USA and Russia

Zelensky bombed another refinery hours after this deal was announced. Maybe another billion or two will make him behave.

Zelensky needs to stop complaining. He has had several chances to strike a deal to end the war and he will have to give up some land. We need to stop funding the war. Part of the reason for the Russia deal was to increase diesel supplies and lower the price. I think that's obvious.
