This^^^^

It only takes 1 competent Indian. Once they have that leadership position it is next to impossible to get a promotion if you are anybody else.

This needs to be exposed, much more than it may already be.

You're talking about massive populations to cull the cream of the crop from. Very likely that the self-selected few from these populations that come here are above the American IQ average.

100%

And something worth mentioning, it's not that these people are more intelligent than us. It's not true of Indians, or Jews, to pick two groups.

Our Indian immigrants are generally high caste

The Patels are an example of an exception though. They're farmers in India.

Is there a connection between their last name and their family’s traditional occupation? I didn’t know that.

If this generally true, then why is India so dysfunctional? Why is corrupt such an issue, why is rape so prevalent?

Yup.

Indians, and South Asians in general, are notorious for stickling contractors, employees, and vendors. It is a cultural thing to haggle or try to have extra work done for free.

When you think about it, it makes sense that gypsies are descendants of India.

Yes

Every caste has jobs which are associated with it

We had a caste system as well, but it fell apart in the aftermath of the French Revolution. Think of the occupational names we have in English, like Fletcher and Smith. WW1 and WW2 probably completely killed it off.

In my company if you look at the Technology group it is mostly made of Indians. The hiring managers are Indian and hiring mostly Indians. A lot of teams are mostly if not all Indian. Majority are not citizens, just here on a visa.

It's been hugely beneficial for them, it gave them English, and a leg up into the modern world.

high iq genetically

Not necessarily.

Most Indians who migrated to the US were able to do so thanks to the caste system. There's a reason why so many of them are named "Patel". Those are usually families that received all the wealth from their village/tribe and that helped springboard them into a life of education. It also helped them migrate to the US to invest in gas stations/hotels.

Now of course, it takes work to maintain the wealth once you get here. But without their status in India, they'd just be another Punjab eating nasty street food and taking shits in open air ditches.

I saw that at the fortune 100 company I work for at first when they started getting promoted to management on our Development teams. Non stop hiring other Indians. But, about a year and a half ago they hired a Native American and Mexican developer and a African man for one of the QA roles that assist the Dev teams.

They definitely have a preference for Brown or Black skinned people, but maybe someone in upper management told them you cannot just hire all Indians. All the Development teams at the company I work for are about 85% Indian now..Maybe 5% White people like myself out of about 200 employees in the Development department.
